The EServer is a nonprofit cooperative that publishes more than 34,000 works in the arts and humanities to more than 2 million readers per month. It was first founded in 1990 at another university, but is now based in the Studio for New Media and the English Department at ISU.
The EServer has recently been rated the most popular humanities website in the world by Alexa (the division of Amazon that rates and reviews websites and website traffic).
